What Sagas is

Sagas (sagas.fm) is a service of fiction audio series in short episodes, provided by Missing information: POR COMPLETAR (nombre o razón social del titular) (more details in the legal notice). By using Sagas you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You can browse the catalogue and listen to free episodes without an account. To unlock episodes with credits, record and listen to voice notes, save your progress and use My list you need an account.

The account is free. It is created with your email: we send you a 8-digit code, valid for 60 minutes, and a link to sign in. You must be at least 14 years old.

The account is personal. Protect access to your email, because whoever controls it can get into your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile › Privacy.

Credits

  • Every day you get 5 free credits. One credit unlocks one episode for good in your account. Episodes marked as free do not use credits.
  • Daily credits do not add up: with your first activity on each new day, according to your time zone, your daily balance goes back to 5, and the ones you did not use the day before are lost.
  • Your time zone is detected the first time you sign in and can only be changed once every 30 days.
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
  • We may change the daily amount or how credits work with advance notice. Episodes you have already unlocked stay unlocked while they remain in the catalogue.
  • If we offer paid credits in the future, they will have their own conditions, which you will see before buying.
  • Creating several accounts or using automated means to get more credits is not allowed.

Voice notes

How they work

You can record voice notes of between 2 and 30 seconds at a moment of an episode you can listen to. There is a maximum of 3 notes per episode and 10 per day. Each note is reviewed before it is published, as explained in the privacy policy.

Rules

  • The voice must be yours. Do not record other people without their permission or pretend to be someone else.
  • No insults, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or graphic violence.
  • Do not share personal data, yours or anyone else's, such as phone numbers, addresses or social media accounts.
  • No advertising, spam or links.
  • Do not reveal what happens in later episodes.
  • Nothing illegal or that infringes other people's rights.

We may reject or remove notes that break these rules and, if it happens again, stop you from recording more. You are responsible for what you say in your notes.

Licence

Your notes remain yours. By publishing them you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transcribe, technically edit (remove noise, adjust volume, trim silences) and make them available to the public within Sagas: on the episode page and in the Voicemail. The licence lasts while the note is published and ends when you delete it (the affected Voicemail is withdrawn within the period stated in the privacy policy). We will not use your notes in advertising or outside Sagas without asking you.

Content created with artificial intelligence

The series on Sagas are fiction created with the help of artificial intelligence:

  • Scripts are written with AI models (Claude, by Anthropic) under the direction and review of a person.
  • The characters' voices and the music are generated with AI (ElevenLabs). They are synthetic voices: they do not belong to real people.
  • Covers and character images are generated with AI.

Any resemblance to real people or events is a coincidence. We say so on every episode and at the bottom of every page.

Voice notes and the Voicemail are the exception: they are real listeners' voices. We do not generate or change what they say with AI; we only clean up the audio. If a character ever replies in a Voicemail, that reply is a synthetic voice from the series.

Acceptable use

You may not get around unlocks or limits, extract content by automated means, attack or overload the service, or use Sagas for illegal purposes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sagas running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence and in the other cases established by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Leaving and suspension

You can stop using Sagas and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; unless it is not possible, we will let you know and explain why.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will let you know in advance on the website or by email. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live. First of all, write to us at Missing information: POR COMPLETAR (email de contacto): we will try to sort it out.
